Nosing passes find mineral scents, like limestone, brown butter, nougat, almond paste and pumpkin and sunflower seeds. Palate entry is far fruitier than the bouquet, introducing flavors of prunes, figs and dates; midpalate goes the pastry route, especially prune Danish, blackberry preserves and date paste. the pastry shop dried fruit element continues on into the aftertaste.
