The Chateau Ste. Michelle Dry Riesling is a dry, refreshing style of Riesling with beautiful fruit flavors, crisp acidity and an elegant finish. It offers inviting sweet citrus aromas and flavors. This is an incredibly versatile food wine and my favorite with oysters.
The aromas are somewhat lighter in style for the variety, with notes of pear, lime, peach and citrus zest. As promised, it drinks dry with elegantly styled peach and citrus flavors that finish tart.
Soft and delicately sweet, with easygoing peach and lemon sorbet notes. Drink now. 150,000 cases made. -TF
